Fruit Skewers
No Cooking Needed!
Fruit skewers are a fun and easy way to impress your family and friends.
Fruit, Especially Red Fruit like Strawberries, Red Grapes and Plums

BBQ Wood Skewers or Toothpicks
1/4 Cup Yogurt
1 Teaspoon Cocoa Powder

Easy Directions:
- Wash fruit
- Cut strawberries into 4 pieces
- Cut plums in half (watch for seeds), then slice into smaller pieces
- If you have skewers, fill up your skewers with 1 piece of strawberry, then 1 piece of plum and keep doing that until you have filled up your skewer with fruit
- if you are using toothpicks, only put 3 pieces of fruit on each toothpick
- For the dip, add 1 teaspoon of cocoa power with 1/4 cup yogurt and mix well
